Purchasing Info

Boards for Sale:
    1. Select a board from our For Sale page.
    2. E-mail us stating the board you are interested in.
    3. The price includes Priority mail 2-3 day shipping; let us know if you need it faster.
    4. We will email you an invoice from paypal@spa-boards.com through PayPal.
    5. Click the link. Pay with credit card on PayPal's secured website.
    6. If Payment is made by eCheck, it may take 5 days for funds to clear before the board ships.
    7. You will receive an e-mail tracking number when the board ships.
    8. If the board fails within 3 months, return it for repair.
    9. Spa Boards will refund your return shipping up to $20 if the board failed
         due to workmanship.

Repairs:
    1. Get a Repair order number. You will be given our shipping address.
    2. We will do an initial inspection of your circuit board when it arrives.
    3. We post an estimated cost for the repair within the website.
    4. Repairs are made only after you have approved the estimate.
    5. If you choose not to get it repaired, you pay $35 plus return shipping.
    6. We will email you an invoice from paypal@spa-boards.com through PayPal.
    7. Your repaired board will ship after payment is received.
    8. If Payment is made by eCheck, it may take 5 days for funds to clear before the board ships.
    9. We provide you with e-mail support and telephone support upon request.
