Warnings

    Safety Warning:
  • Do not work on a Spa unless you are a Licensed Electrician or a Qualified Spa Technician.
  • Electricity can seriously injure or kill you.
  • Water adds conductivity which helps electricity to kill.
  • We do not advocate the general public working on their own Spa.  Call a repairman.
Electrician & Spa Technician Electrical Warnings:
  • Shut down all power to the Spa before attempting any repairs.
  • Use a meter to verify there is no electricity present.
  • If the GFCI breaker trips, locate fault. Do not wire around it.
  • Be sure that everything is properly grounded.
  • Take pictures and make drawings.  Many wires are the same color.
  • Label wires with terminal numbers before removing.
  • Be careful not to damage relays when removing wires directly connected.
  • Upon replacement, tighten all screw connections.  A loose screw can start a fire.
    Water Temp Warnings:
  • 104 Degrees is the maximum temperature.  Do not exceed this.
  • A pump alone can cause the water temp to rise.
  • Be sure the Temp and Hi-Limit sensors are properly mounted.
