"Well, I finally got the temp sensor delivered and installed.  Had to buy it from local supplier (who then ordered it on US supplier) as I couldn't find one in US that would ship to Australia.   Well the good news is that after installing the temp sensor it's all back up and running like it should.  Have to fix a leak now but should be a minor issue.  I would like to thank you for your assistance in helping me identify and fix my spa problem.  I would certainly recommend to anyone that has a problem with their spa to contact your company to seek assistance.   Again many thanks, regards" G.H.  Sydney, Australia - (Sundance - Marin)

"You folks are a class act!  Not only did you repair the damage that I inflicted on my board while attempting to do it myself, but you installed a heavier duty heat relay as a preventive maintenance measure.  I installed the board in a few minutes and the spa came up running and continues to function great.   When I contacted my spa seller for repair service, they told me that the only way to fix my spa (@home, Dream) was to replace the entire spa pack at a total cost of $1,000. Knowing full well that I could do better than that, I searched the internet for schematics on my circuit board, only to find that the manufacturer (Gecko) does not share any information.   I attempted to reverse engineer the board and found a bad relay, which I replaced, but in the process of testing all relays,  I blew out a relay driver.   That's when I got back on the internet and found your website.  After coming to my senses, I contacted you folks and sent the board in for repair.  The rest is history.   Your website with the interaction from the customer (i.e. log in to see the progress) is something that many other web sites should have.  I ran large customer service organizations before I retired and your company could teach them lessons on how to "do it right".  Congratulations on a job well done and for continuing to provide a very valuable service to spa owners.   My only regret is that I didn't find your website sooner."  J.H.  Saddlebrooke, AZ - (Gecko - Dimension One)

"There are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe the service provided by those at Spa-Boards.com.   Through my wife's family I am associated with the pool and spa experts in Southwestern Ohio - no joke, even Watson's come to them for obscure parts and advice.   When my hot tub went out, I received advice from them all, ranging from replacing the control panel (starting around $400) to replacing the entire spa pack (around $800).   Needless to say when I decided to shirk their advice and send my hot tub board to Spa-Boards.com I was ridiculed for "wasting my money," according to them.   Well, needless to say I have had the last laugh.

The experience has been exceptional.  The process of the actual work was quickly preformed, the electronic work on the board is impeccable, and it was returned promptly.   The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding as well.  For me personally, all that was not surprising though.  What has been surprising, is the unbelievable service after the initial work was completed to help get the hot tub running.  The hot tub still did not run correctly after putting in the rebuilt board.  Jim worked, offering suggestions to fix the hot tub, which had nothing to do with the board that was fixed properly.  We had additional problems, created by previous owners, but without all of Jim's help and advice, I would be saving up at least the $400 for a control panel I didn't need.

Even with all my annoying questions, every single email was answered within 24 hours.  In a time when good customer service has become a thing of the past, Spa-Boards.com exemplifies how excellent customer service should be.  I am going to print out a copy of Spa-Boards.com home page and take it to the pool store where my mother-in-law works, and hopefully they will refer all their customers with hot tub issues. I thank you again for the wonderful experience and excellent service, you will be highly recommended by me."    S.C.   Hamilton, OH - (Balboa - Jacuzzi H136)

"I had bought my spa one year and 20 days before a mishap occurred. I was cleaning my hot tub and placed the cover (sideways) on the inlet power cord to my hot tub. This jostled the connections and the cord was moved slightly enough. Slightly enough, so that when I tried to operational check my tub after water replacement the internal power connection arched and fried my connectors... I spent approximately two weeks fighting with the sales personnel at the point of purchase.. I found this website Spa-boards.com. I emailed to see if it was an active site and left my phone number hoping someone would call me back, my experience has been that no-one wants to call anyone anymore with websites so I didn't hold my breath. Well, 45 min later I get a call from Jim... He said something could be done...I sent it in. Still I have to admit I was a little skeptical... it took 3 days for him to receive the board. The email said my board was fixed and was on its way back to me after I made payment... Three days later my board came back, wrapped way better than I had sent it....it cost me 1/4 of what it would cost me at the lowest quote I received for a new board. I had put the board back in myself. In one hours time I was in my hot tub. So the short is this company will perform at a level to meet your expectations. Just email this guy see if he can help you.
